Happy Memorial Day

Posted by on May 25, 2015 in Uncategorized | Comments Off

As we celebrate Memorial Day today, I hope we all take a moment to remember. Remember that this day is about more than a long weekend, barbecues and retail sales. It’s about those who fought and continue to serve and fight for our freedoms. I am grateful for each and every one of you – for your service, your sacrifice. And thankful for the families and loved ones that support them and mourn them when they are gone.

This video had me in tears, more than once. What an impressive and remarkable young man.

Zaycon – all-natural, boneless skinless chicken breasts $1.69/lb

Posted by on Apr 13, 2015 in Zaycon | Comments Off

zaycon fresh

Zaycon Chicken – $1.69/lb

Zaycon Foods is now Zaycon Fresh – a name change they feel closer reflects their desire to bring farm fresh products straight to your table.  And to kick off this change they are selling their very popular, signature Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, sold in a 40lb case, for just $1.69/lb!!!!

Zaycon Fresh is a company that does fantastic bulk food sales on meat and produce all over the country. This chicken is 100% natural without any extra additives, hormones or ingredients. I’ve ordered several cases from them and have NEVER been disappointed!

The smallest quantity you can purchase is 40lbs.  This chicken is FRESH (never frozen), so you will need to devote some time right away to prep it, especially if you are planning on freezing it in smaller portions.  It’s a bit of work initially, but pays off in the long run.  Another great way to get the most from this deal if you don’t want quite that much chicken is to split it with a friend.

Zaycon keeps their costs low by selling in larger quantities and selling at “events”.  An event is where an entire truckload of pre-ordered food is brought to a single location and all orders are picked up by the buyers as that location.   The pick-up is SO easy, you don’t even have to get out of your car- they will load it straight into the trunk for you.

Local folks- there is an event in Elma on June 27, 2015 – YAY for one in Grays Harbor! As well as events in Tumwater, Lacey, Olympia, Centralia or Rochester if those work better for you.   And if you place an order, but can’t make the pick-up time, you can send someone else with your email confirmation.

If there is not a location near you, but you wish there was, make sure you register on the website!  The more people registered in a geographical location helps them know that people in that area are interested.

The chicken is available to order NOW!  The chicken events usually sell out very quickly and it’s while supplies last, so place your order SOON!

HOW TO ORDER:

  • Register with Zaycon Fresh
  • Click on “My Account” near the top of the screen.
  • Scroll down and you’ll see current and future events available in your area.
  • Order one or more cases of chicken @ $1.69/lb (or other products if you want)
  • Pick up and Enjoy!

There is a limited number of cases that can fit on a truck- so the sale will only last until all the cases have been ordered.  And at this price, you’ll want to move quick!
