Breyers Ice Cream as low as $1.74 at Safeway

Update:  The post has been edited a bit as each of the printable coupons state that you can only use 2 like coupons per transaction.  So you would not be able to do the first scenario, but should be able to do the 2nd with no problem.  You may also want to check your Just for U account as several people have had $1/1 Breyers Blasts! coupons in there!

I have found a FABULOUS ice cream deal at Safeway!  I hope you are either planning a party or love ice cream and have plenty of freezer space for this one!

This week there is a $5 off $15 frozen food purchase coupon in the Safeway weekly ad.  Breyers Ice Cream happens to be on sale for $2.99 and there just happens to be a couple coupons that match up with this deal.  Love it when the couponing stars align like this!

I’m going to give you my 2 best scenarios.  Keep in mind these are scenarios that JUST involve buying Breyers Ice Cream, but you can easily mix & match other frozen items and coupons that you have to create new scenarios in order to use the $5 off $15 frozen food coupon- in fact I’d love to hear them!

DEAL IDEA #1 – if you have access to at least 2 computers
Buy 4 Breyers Blasts! Ice Cream @ $2.99
Buy 2 other Breyers Ice Cream @ $2.99 (can be Blasts!, but doesn’t have to be)
Subtotal = $17.94
Use $5 off $15 frozen food purchase found in 8/8 weekly ad (or load to card online)
Use (4) $.75/1 printable coupons from facebook.com AND
Use (2) $.50/1 printable coupons from coupons.com
Final price = 6/$8.94 ($1.49 each)**

Anything under $2.00 is a stock up price for me when it comes to ice cream, so both these deals are amazing!  And if you don’t want 6 cartons of ice cream, see if a friend wants to go in on the deal with you or create a new scenario with other frozen food items!
