Coupon Database

Any of you who have talked with me about coupons or have attended one of my coupon classes knows I keep a coupon database of all the coupons that come in the inserts each week.  I keep this in an excel spreadsheet and update it each week.  I have been trying to find an easier way to put it online, but I haven’t been thrilled with anything that I’ve found so far, so the best option seems to be to give you access to my spreadsheet!

Currently you can click the link and download the spreadsheet.  Since I will update the original file- each week it will update with expired coupons removed and the newest coupons added.

I try to have them updated by Monday each week, although some weeks it takes me a little longer.  Just keep a watch on the blog and I’ll make a post each week letting you know!

These coupons are in alphabetical order by the product the coupon is for.  Other information included is how much the coupon is worth and for how many products, the date it came out, the date it expires and where the coupon came from.

A few tips for decoding my spreadsheet

SS = Smartsource insert

RP = Red Plum insert

GM = General Mills insert

PG = Proctor & Gamble insert

PM = Parade Magazine (comes in the Sunday papers)

AY = All You Magazine

WMF = Walmart Flyer

I also have spreadsheets for Rite Aid Video Values and at times will have spreadsheets for any current coupon books that are out in stores.
